Join us in congratulating our crew member of the month Andrew Avers – Welding Supervisor
Andrew is an experienced Welder/ Fabricator with 16 years’ experience working onshore. Andrew started with N-ERGISE as a Welder/ Fabricator in July 2020 and soon after was promoted to Welding Supervisor for his hard work and commitment to his role. A knowledgeable individual who has acted as a mentor for new starters, Andrew has been recognised by his own team and N-ERGISE for his attitude and willingness to help others.
When Andrew was asked what he most enjoys about working at N-ERGISE – I enjoy working for N-ERGISE as everyday is a new challenge. I couldn’t do my job without the help and support not only from my team here at Felixstowe but the whole team across the board.
