Main purpose of job: Develop existing and new Key Account clients whilst ensuring service delivery.
Responsible for monitoring service delivery levels and client satisfaction.
Report to: Managing Director.
Responsible for: Service delivery and revenue generation
Main tasks of job:
- Comply with company business strategy
- Enhance existing client relationships to maximise full potential
- Understand client opportunities and seek innovative solutions
- Embrace innovative technology driven solutions
- Seek growth opportunities, i.e., new services, products and/ or sectors.
- Generate new business leads through to tender and beyond
- Make service improvement suggestions
- Provide technical input to tendering
- Work to company ‘Key Account Manager’ KPI’s
- Act as point of contact for clients
- Lead delivery of services
- Regularly meet new and existing clients
- Deliver presentations to clients
- Involvement in senior management meetings
- Work as company ambassador to champion and promote the company, i.e., via social media, trade exhibitions,
- Produce activity reports as instructed
- Produce company forecasts
Role Requirements:
- Proven Key Account management experience.
- HND or equivalent in Engineering as a minimum.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field would be desirable.
- Formal Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP, CAPM, PMP would be desirable.
- In date offshore certificates would be desirable.
