Role Responsibilities
Main tasks of job:
Liaise with the projects team to understand resource & logistical requirements for ongoing and future projects.
Manage mobilisations of crew including accommodation and travel arrangements.
Manage PPE requirements for mobilising crew.
Ensure prior to mobilisations that minimum requirements are met for each crew member, ie. BOSIET, MIST, etc.
Ensure all necessary crew paperwork is submitted to the client in a timely manner
Manage company and project bedding plans
Coordinate company inductions for new starts
Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures.
Ensure N-ERGISE operates within the legal HR standards
Accountable for understanding HR policies and processes and communicating them to all personnel; initiate updates as necessary
Provide on-call cover as and when scheduled (rota)
Manage company training matrix system
Ensure company handbook is up to date and compliant
Work with the ECITB to develop company training strategy
Perform other duties, complete additional tasks and support ad hoc projects as required
Role Requirements
Energy sector experience would be desirable
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification or extensive relevant experience at Company’s discretion
Achieved or working towards CIPD membership or equivalent
